As the headline suggests, this book makes great reading for any aspiring Leader, giving you the key building blocks to build your own style upon, but also some great ideas for established Leaders to further refine their skills and revisit some of the basics and make sure that foundation is still strong.

Neil’s book brings together so many elements of leadership I have seen, experienced and noticed the lack of in many walks of life into a structure.
Whilst I could barely put down my first read, I’m sure I’ll revisit it many times.
