The second 2 day residential phase of our Sheffield University Leadership Development Programme has just finished and all 12 delegates had an amazing time.

I really enjoy the active projects that really get us thinking and test our leadership skills in action. I’ve learned a lot about myself through these tasks.
P and M are such insightful leaders and the fact they are so different makes a really strong offer.
