Book Your First 1-to-1 Coaching Session
This is an opportunity for you and Neil to get to know each other and to start building trust. The session will last about 3 hours, ideally away from distractions.Giving you space to think and fully explore the landscape of your leadership journey.
The second session is generally dedicated to completing a psychometric profiling tool which will help you to explore and reflect on your own personality and how that impacts your leadership style. Usually clients book up to 6 sessions in the first year, with meetings generally about 2 months apart.

The process is entirely confidential.

Teams rarely occur naturally; they need to be built under the right conditions to be effective. Most teams exist in a state of ‘form’ according to Tuckman’s classic model; relationships are fragile and superficial, emotional connection is rare, process rules, and people conform to expectations – work is done, and conflict is avoided, but the team lacks creativity, passion and energy. To move a team out of this safe but heavily constrained state takes leadership, some courage, and deliberate effort.

Team members need to uncover their shared purpose and understand how each member contributes to that purpose. This is done most effectively through a unique combination of psychometric profiling, experiential tasks and facilitated discussion.
