Towards the end of 2022, Neil was invited to speak at TEDx’s upcoming talk in Croydon, South London. In February of 2023 Neil ventured down to Croydon to present his Leadership Talk, “Pause & Allow”. In his talk Neil explains why taking a pause can be the most productive thing you can do as a Leader, and why the best leaders choose to ‘allow’ rather than ‘control’ activity.
